Biography

Israeli-born, Japanese-Australian Hanna-Lee Sakakibara can be seen in various shows, including the Sci-Fi series 'Shatter Belt,' where she plays 'Saffron.' The series has been selected to world premiere at the special spotlight screening at SXSW this year. Additionally, she has appeared in the popular Paramount+ series Star Trek Picard and CBS American crime drama CSI Vegas, as well as the multi-cam Nickelodeon favorite Danger Force, and led in Hallmark's mystery feature Redemption in Cherry Springs.
Hanna-Lee's other recent work includes The Resemblance, which was selected to premiere at the 2022 Tribeca film festival, and a recurring role on 'The Days of Our Lives.' Most recently, she completed her work in a lead role on a major video game to be announced later this year.

Some of her additional selected film/tv credits include Rock of Ages, College Road Trip, Lucifer, Glee, The Young and the Restless, and Soundtrack.

Hanna-Lee Sakakibara moved to the U.S from Israel in her late teens to train at the Alvin Ailey Dance School in NYC. After a dance injury, she turned her artistic pursuits toward acting and relocated to Los Angeles, where she wrote, co-directed, and produced her one-woman show "Improbable". The show features unlikely stories from her life growing up in Israel, conveyed through a range of characters, dance, and live music.

When she's not acting, Hanna-Lee can be found taking ballet classes, training in Wushu, or cooking up a storm while pretending to be a contestant on the Great British Baking Show.
